These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Library Booking website and services operated by Grosko Group, a company based in Patna, Bihar, India ("we", "us"). By using Library Booking, you agree to these Terms.
Library Booking is an online marketplace that helps readers discover and reserve seats at libraries and study spaces across India. Libraries are independent third parties; Grosko Group is not the operator of the physical facilities.
You must be 16 years or older to use Library Booking. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
Bookings reserve a seat at the selected library. Payment is currently collected at the venue on arrival ("pay at library"). Digital payment options may be introduced in the future. You agree to honour your booking or cancel in advance as per the library's policy.
Since payments are made at the library, no online refund is required for no-shows. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on your account. Owners set their own onsite cancellation policies.
You agree to follow each library's rules, respect other readers, and use the space only for study and permitted work. Grosko Group may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or a library's policies.
Library owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety of their premises, compliance with applicable laws, and honouring confirmed bookings. Owners agree to our commission and payout terms as displayed on the Pricing page.
Reviews and other user content must be truthful and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your reviews on Library Booking. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Library Booking name, logo and website are the property of Grosko Group. All content is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Library Booking is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grosko Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your visit to any library.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
